Audition Components (In-Person)
Each student will complete four required components during their audition day:
1️⃣ Ballet Technique Class
Group class setting

2️⃣ Acting/Monologue Audition

Requirements

One memorized monologue

Age-appropriate material

Contemporary or classical (no accents unless required by the text)

Ability to take direction (may include a short adjustment)
3️⃣ Vocal Audition (Singing)
Individual Setting
Requirements

One prepared song
-
60–90 seconds
-
Musical theatre, classical, or age-appropriate contemporary
-
Can be sung a cappella or with instrumental track (no vocals)

4️⃣ Student Interview
Short, conversational
Purpose

Understand the student’s goals, mindset, and readiness

Assess maturity, communication, and commitment

Openness to discipline and structure
