How to Enroll
Step 2: Speak With an Enrollment Consultant
Within 48 hours of completing your online application, an enrollment consultant will contact you to discuss the next steps. You can discuss your individual situation and receive personalized help addressing your questions regarding enrolling in the Conservatory.
Step 3: Audition for Conservatory
During this step, you will sign up for an audition and prepare using the guidelines provided on our Audition Page. After completing your audition, you will be notified of your acceptance status. Once accepted, you will move on to Step 4 to complete the admissions process.
Step 4: Complete the Admissions Process
During this step, you provide more detailed information about your student, send in all necessary documentation, and fulfill additional requirements for your child’s admission. Your enrollment consultant will guide you through this process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
Step 5: Approval
Congratulations! Once all of the previous steps have been completed, you have officially concluded the Conservatory enrollment process. Once approved, you will receive an enrollment confirmation letter verifying your child’s status as a student at the BBharts Conservatory.
Step 6: Pay Tuition
Once your admissions process is complete, it’s time to pay tuition. You can view the current tuition rates and payment plans, and when you’re ready to arrange payments, you can contact the enrollment center.
